Shadow

 

 

Pray for the light of all the stars

Both those that twinkle o so far

And of the one who lights the morn.

 

Pray for the warm light that brings

Sweet Colour and Fruit upon this earth

For life and love must eat and grow.

 

O joyous light you shadows bring

A place for peace and rest

Both balanced in her steady state.

 

Rejoice your stay in the light

For we must live in light to love

A gift of the god and goddess above.

 

Reflect on shade so opposite of light

A place we all must go

In one short gleem of life we fade to shade.
