Empowerment from the Dead Spell

 

Those that have passed before us are not gone. Their spirit dwells by the places that mean something to them. This can be many places at the same time - such as their favorite room in a house and their grave site. The Dead have powers. It is the power of their wisdom, life force and afterlife force as well. The Dead can and do help the living in ways most people cannot fathom. This spell is meant to tap their strenght. We recommend going to a graveyard and picking a grave that calls to you. This ceremony is meant to be private and respectful.

 

You will need a raven feather and some flowers. Pick your flower type carefully in relation to what your soul needs.

 

 

Here is what you do:

 

Ceremony at Female Grave

 

I stand above thee amoung the living

I come to priase and comune with you, the dead

I feel your presence and hope you feel mine

I feel your strenght and wish it to combine

With my mortal soul in need of light.

Blessed spirit of the shade hear my plight.

 

Your heart once beat true to gentle words

You understood the power of a forgiving kiss

You brought love into the home for all

Share your powers that still do call.

Share with the living your gentle lasting love.

 

Relate your problems and needs in your own words. Lay down the raven feather for its powers will bring your thoughts to whom thy speaks of.

 

You once were of flesh and felt the air

You once walked in lace and had silken hair

You knew the pain only women must fare

You made life's journey and saw it to the end

Grant me my wish and be my friend

So I may journey with light unto my end.

Ceremony at Male Grave

 

I stand above thee amoung the living

To meet life's trials and victory won

To conquer evil with strength of arm and heart

To protect your family from the dark.
